Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare – Here’s What’s Changing
On August 11th, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone secured an update intending to streamline a number of weapons in the game. Weapons including the FAL and M91 have benefited from increased damage, and an awaited second patch aims to remedy graphical corruption problems impacting weapons.
Massive updates have led to growth in the game’s file size, so making sure your system’s drive has enough room is a must.
Other changes have led to the Holger light machine gun having ADS speed and increased damage, and the Bruen MK9 receiving reduced damage range.
A number of bug fixes have solved an issue that followed the opening of the weapon armoury and an exploit involving the Shooting Range trial.
Servers ran into some trouble following the update, which was confirmed by the studio Infinity Ward to be connection issues.
Updated playlist
First and foremost change in the Patch Notes is updated playlist for both COD Modern Warfare and Warzone. A total of five playlists were updated in Modern Warfare while about half a dozen playlist from Warzone witnessed a change.
Following the playlist updates, the new patch list also fixed a number of general bugs. You would now be able to produce on APCs even while they’re in battle, as long as the vehicle’s health bar is not empty. Fixes for various bugs were introduced, starting with the Tracker prints where players could see Tracker impressions on the ground subsequent to respawning, despite the fact that it was not equipped. Another ix for an issue where the Riot Shield could show up sideways in the review screen or appear crooked during crew walk. Numerous fixes to help the Tomogunchi Turbo watch work as originally desired.
An issue where the scoreboard could reflect wrong data while going from a multiplayer match to a Warzone match was troubling a lot of players who were unable to keep a track of their score. Fortunately, this issue was also resolved in this update of the game.
The updates of the weapons
Next up, it was the list of all the updates of the weapons in Call of Duty: Moder Warfare and Warzone. The weapon stats chart were mended to the more readily coordinate pace of shooting and post-dispatch weapon adjusting. For Sharpshooters and snipers who used the thermal scope, the optic goal and decreased warm range was reduced.
The following updates were exclusive to Warzone. The gas mask would no longer be invulnerable in the combat area. Previously, in BR Quads, the player’s minimap symbol had both the down symbol and arrow when the player began the Most Wanted agreement. The said error has been resolved.
And that wraps up everything that’s changing with Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare And Warzone. Most of the patch notes fixed minor and some even unnoticeable bugs that slip under a casual player’s radar, but these very fixes uplift the player experience. Activision is committed to constantly updating Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare And Warzone to provide the players with fresh content and challenges in an effort to keep the game fresh and engaging.
